Weekly Shopping List for 2010-08-08
Meat:
- 8 ozs chunk smoked tuna, diced
- 12 large shrimps , peeled, deveined, and butterflied
- 2 boneless rib eye steaks (about 8-10 oz. each)
- 2 lbs lean lamb of leg
- 2 chickens , 3 lb. each, rinsed, patted dry and cut into serving pieces
Produce:
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 english cucumber
- 2 limes
- 2 carrots
- 1 bunch snow pea shoots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large onion
- 1 head Bibb lettuce
Pantry:
- 1 bottle of vegetable shortening or oil for frying
- 1 bottle of Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 5 lb bag of all-purpose flour
- 2 Quick Rise Dry Yeast
- 1 bottle of hot pepper sauce
- 1 bottle of soy sauce reduced-sodium
- 1 bottle of salad oil
- 1 bottle of rice wine vinegar
- 1 5 lb bag of brown sugarr
- 1 bottle of toasted sesame oil
- 1 bottle of extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 bottle of Dijon mustard
- 1 box of chicken broth
- 1 bag of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 bottle of vegetable oil
- 2 cans of canned tomatoes
- 1 jar of peanut butter
Dairy & Poultry:
- 1 pint of buttermilk or 1 lb. low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tub of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 box of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 lbs Mozzarella Cheese sliced
- 1 pint of lowfat milk
- 1 tub of low fat plain yogurt
Seasoning, Spices & Herbs:
- 1 small bunch of fresh basil
- 4 inches of fresh ginger
- 1 canister of Kosher or Sea Salt
- 1 grinder filled with black pepper corns
- 1 jar of paprika
- 1 jar of dried rosemary
- 1 jar of dried thyme
- 1 jar of curry powder
- 1 jar of dried marjoram
- 1 large garlics bulb
- 1 jar of dried sage
- 1 small bunch of oregano
- 1 jar of cayenne pepper
Baked Goods & Grains:
- 1 box of cornmeal
- 12 ozs , mixture of penne, shells and fusilli (or all one pasta)
