Weekly Shopping List for 2010-06-20

Meat:
  • 2 3/4 lbs beef fillet, trimmed of all sinew, backstrap removed
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (11/2 to 2 lbs total), each about 1-inch thick
  • 4 lbs pork spareribs
  • 1 whole free-range chicken 4 to 5 pounds

 


Produce:
  • 2 lemon
  • 2 cups White button mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 large ripe tomato

  • 1 bag of unsweetened shredded coconut

Dairy & Poultry:
  • 2 ounces sharp ceddar cheese
  • 1/2 cups (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups (125 ml) grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 box of unsalted butter
  • 1 box of butter

 

Seasoning, Spices & Herbs:
