Meat:
- 2 lbs loin lamb chops, approximately 6 chops
- 2 pounds skirt steak
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, about 6 ounces each
- 6 links sweet Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 lbs ground lean trukey, white meat only
- 3 lbs chicken pieces
Produce:
- 2 onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 6 plum tomatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 medium celery rib
- 13 medium garlic clove
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 medium eggplants (about 7 inches long)
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 3 lemons for juicing
Pantry:
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 can of baking powder
- 1 bottle of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 box of chicken broth
- 1 x 5 lb bag of flour
- 1/2 pounds dried cannelloni beans
Dairy & Poultry:
- 1/2 gallon of milk
- 1 carton of half-and-half
- 1/2 dozen larges eggs
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese
- 1 tub of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 tub of low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 box of butter
Seasoning & Herbs:
- 1 container of kosher salt or sea salt
- 1 small bunch of fresh thyme
- 1/2 bunches plus 6 fresh sage leaves
- 1 small bunch of fresh basil
- 1 grinder filled with black pepper corns
- 1 large bunch of fresh Italian parsley
- 1 small bunch of fresh mint
- 1 bottle of cumin
- 1 small bunch of fresh rosemary
- 1 small bunch of fresh oregano
- 1 bottle of ground cinnamon
- 1 bottle of paprika
- 1 sprig thyme
Baked Goods & Grains:
- 1 lb pearl barley
- 1 box or bag of wild rice
- 3 1/2 cups fine breadcrumbs or wheat germ (or a combination) or panko
- 1 bag of panko
- 1 bottle of sesame seeds
