Seasoning & Herbs:
- 1 small bunch of fresh sage
- 1 grinder filled with black peppercorns
- 1 container of Sea or Kosher Salt
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 bottle of chili flakes
- 1 fresh tarragon sprig for garnish, optional
- 1 bottle of dried thyme
- 1 small bunch of tarragon
Baked Goods & Grains:
- 1 pound store bought pizza dough, thawed if frozen
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 6 hamburger buns
- 4 kaiser rolls
- 12 ozs , mixture of penne, shells and fusilli (or all one pasta)
