Weekly Shopping List for 2010-03-07
Meat:
- 1/2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 2 pounds skirt steak
- 1 salmon large filet
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 whole free-range chicken 4 to 5 pounds
Produce:
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups White button mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup white mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 1 can bamboo of shoots
- 1 celery stalk
- 3 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 1 small bunch of fresh chives
- 1 San Marzano tomatoe
- 1 28 oz can tomato pieces
- 1 onion
- 1 eggplant
- 1 lime for juice
Pantry:
- 1 bottle of Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 bottle of olive oil
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 1 bottle of oyster sauce
- 1 5 lb bag of Sugar
- 1 bottle of canola oil
- 1 package Frontier Soups Montana High Plains Wheat Berry Chili (Wheat berries and Montana High Plains Chili Seasoning packet)
- 1 box of organic chicken broth
- 1 can spicy pinto beans
- 1 bottle of light soy sauce
- 1 box of organic beef or vegetable broth
- 1 jar of piquillo pimentos
- 1 box of cornstarch
Dairy & Poultry:
- 8 ounces Fresh Ricotta
- 1 tub of Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano
- 1 tub of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tub of grated Asiago cheese
- 1 box of unsalted butters
Seasonings & Herbs:
- 2 garlic bulb
- 1 canister of Kosher or Sea Salt
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs fresh sage
- 1 bottle of cumin
- 1 small bunch of fresh basil
- 1 pepper grinder filled with black peppercorns
- 1/4 bunches fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley (about 4 springs)
- 1 bottle of chili flakes
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 salt and freshly ground black pepperfreshly ground
- 1 bottle of ground cinnamon
- 1 bottle of paprika
- 1 inch of fresh ginger
- 1 jar of tarragon
- 1 bottle of organic tamari
Baked Goods & Grains:
- 1/2 pounds of your favorite pasta (penne works well)
- 1/2 lbs Chinese egg noodles
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 pkg angel hear pasta
