Weekly Shopping List for 2010-03-28
Meat:
- 6 chicken breast halves , boneless, skinless (6 oz each)
- 4 boneless pork loin chops , about 6 ounces each
- 3 ounces thinly sliced salami (approx. 12 slices)
- 12 large shrimps , peeled, deveined, and butterflied
- 1 lb hot or sweet Italian fennel sausage, casings removed
- 1 x 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
Produce:
- 1 english cucumber
- 2 bulbs of garlic
- 1 bunch snow pea shoots
- 2 limes
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 medium tomatoes (One ripe)
- 3 onions
- 1 lemon for juice
- 1 small bunch of green onions
- 1 small zucchini
- 7 red bell peppers large
- 1 head Bibb lettuce
- 1 small fennel
- 10 mushrooms
Pantry:
- 1 bottle of white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 bottle of toasted sesame oil
- 1 x 5 lb bag of Sugar
- 1 box of coarse cornmeal
- 1 bottle of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 jar of peanut butter
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 1 box of brown sugar
- 1 bottle of soy sauce reduced-sodium
- 1 x 5 lb bag of all-purpose flour
- 1 bottle of rice wine vinegar
- 1 x 28 ozs can tomato puree
- 2 jars of roasted bell peppers
- 1 tub of unsweetened shredded coconut
Dairy & Poultry:
- 6 larges eggs
- 2 blokcs of creamy ricotta
- 1/2 lbs fresh mozzarella
- 1 tub of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (or grate)
- 1 tub of finely grated Parmesan (or grate)
- 1/4 lbs of grated mozzarella cheese (or grate)
- 4 ounces thinly sliced provolone (approx. 12 slices)
- 4 ozs fresh goat cheese
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 2 cans imported black olives, such as kalamata or nicoise
- 1 bottle of vegetable oil
- 1 box of chicken stock
Seasonings & Herbs:
- 1 container of Kosher or Sea Salt
- 1 small bunch of fresh parsley
- 1 large bunch of fresh Italian parsley
- 1 bottle of Hungarian paprika
- 1 small bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 large bunch of fresh mint
- 1 pepper grinder filled with black pepper corn
- 1 small bunch of fresh oregano
- 1 bottle of Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 small bunch of fresh thyme
- 1 small bunch of oregano
- 1 bottle of allspice
- 1 bottle of dried basil (or small bunch of fresh basil)
- 1 bottle of red pepper flakes
- 1 inch of fresh ginger
- 1 bay leaf
Baked Goods & Grains:
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 1 lb pearl barley
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 bag of white rice
- 1 box of breadcrumbs, may use panko
