Weekly Shopping List for 2010-02-21
Meat:
- 4 racks of Pork ribs
- 1 1/2 lbs medium (31-40 count) shrimp
- 2 lbs loin lamb chops, approximately 6 chops
- 4 larges chicken breast, skin and bone removed
Produce:
- 1 navel
- 2 medium scallions , finely minced
- 1 bunch of shallot or 1 onion
- 1/2 lbs mushrooms
- 1 large bunch of baby spinach - 5 ounces baby spinach (8 packed cups)
- 4 medium carrots
- 1 medium stalk broccli
- 1 small cabbage
- 4 red peppers
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 2 spring onions
- 3/4 pounds carrots
- 1 large onion
- 3/4 lbs sugar snap peas
- 1 lemon
Herb & Seasonings:
- 1 canestor of Sea or Kosher salt
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 bottle of paprika
- 1 bottle of caraway seeds
- 1 pepper grinder filled with black peppercorns
- 1 springs of fresh rosemary
- 1 small bunch of dill
- 1 red pepper
- 4 fresh tarragon sprigs
- 1 bottle of paprika
Pantry:
- 1 bottle of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bottle balsamic vinegar
- 1 box of brown sugar
- 1 5 lb bag of flour
- 1 can of black olives
- 1 can oil cured black olives
- 1 bottle of dry white wine or vermouth
- 1 box of cornmeal
- 1 box or bag of Arborio rice
- 2 boxes of low sodium chicken or vegetable broth/stock
Dairy & Poultry:
- 1/2 pounds smoked mozzarella
- 1 tub of sour creams and/or yogurt
- 1 small piece of Machego cheese
- 1 box of unsalted butter
- 2 ounces sharp ceddar cheese
- 1 tub of cottage cheese (low-fat ok)
- 2 eggs
Bread, Grains & Pastries:
- 2 cups penne reggata (9 ounces)
- 1 piecrust unbaked 9 or 10-inch
- 1 pound store bought pizza dough, thawed if frozen
