Grandpa Richards Meatballs
Ingredients
12 pounds ground pork
3 pounds ground meet
2 pieces day old bread or buns
1 tablespoon milk
3 eggs large
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Serves 8
Chop up buns and soak in milk, just to moisten.
Mix all ingredients and form into balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake in 375 F oven until cooked.
Serve with gravy and spaetzle.
