Pork Ribs Dry Rub
- 4 racks of Pork ribs
- 1 teaspoon garllic
- 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
Serves 4
- Preheat oven or grill to 325°F.
- Cut ribs into 3 or 4 rib pieces.
- Mix ingredients and rub on ribs.
- Seal ribs in foil with a Tbsp water in each package, and back for 2 hours on a cookie sheet.
- Serve with corn on the cob and potatoes of choice.
