Grilled Portobello Cheeseburgers
- 4 portobello mushrooms , stems and gills removed
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 pepper , to taste
- 4 swiss cheeses slices
- 4 larges hamburger buns
- 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsps of Dill, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves , peeled and minced
- 1 tomato organic, cut into 4 slices
- 1 package radish sprouts cleaned and trimmed
- 1 cup olive oil balsamic dressing or your favorite marinade
1, Place the mushrooms and marinade in a resealable plastic bag, shake and set aside for 1⁄2 hour.
2. Prepare a medium-hot grill.
3. Season the mushrooms and grill them until you get nice grill marks on both sides and they are tender. Place a slice of cheese on each mushroom. Toast the buns on the grill. Mix the mayo, dill and garlic together and spread it on the buns. On the bottom slice of the buns, place the mushrooms, tomato and sprouts. Top with the other bun slices and serve.
