1. Coat each steak with 1½ tablespoons of olive oil. Season with 1/8 teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Reserve.
2. In a medium bowl, toss the onions with ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper and paprika. Reserve.
3. Once the grill has preheated, place the steaks on the grill and sautee the onions, or place on a griddle on the grill.
4. Grill the steaks 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Griddle the onion rings for a total of 10 to12 minutes, flipping every 2 to 3 minutes.
