Serves 6
1. Mince garlic to a paste with salt. Stir spices in a boil, them stir in garlic and oil until a paste forms. Rinse and pat steaks dry, them rub with spice past. Marinate from 1-6 hours.
2. Cook on moderately-hot and lightly oiled grill for 4-6 minutes total (for medium rare), turning over one.
Cut diagonally across the grain.
Accompaniments: Potato and vegetable of choice
