The following family members are what make up Family Eats®. Everyone contributes in their own way, keeping Family Eats® true and real in the day to day.

LAURA:

Laura is a freelance writer and stay-at-home mom of four who enjoys spending time in the kitchen – with the family and alone. Her 11 years of experience as Managing Editor of the trade magazine The Gourmet Retailer gave Laura a broad knowledge of the specialty food and kitchenware industries. She continues to write about food, coffee, tea and kitchenware and is currently working on a book entitled Relationship Coffee. Her work has appeared in a variety of trade magazines as well as Saveur and Consumers’ Digest. She recently edited the book The Espresso Quest, and contributed a chapter in the book, The Future of Coffee in Colombia. Laura’s knowledge of the industry has landed her appearances on both the Food Network and Fine Living Network.
