Pork Ribs Dry Rub
  • 4 racks of Pork ribs
  • 1 teaspoon garllic
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar

Serves 4

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 325°F.
  2. Cut ribs into 3 or 4 rib pieces.
  3. Mix ingredients and rub on ribs.
  4. Seal ribs in foil with a Tbsp water in each package, and back for 2 hours on a cookie sheet.
  5. Serve with corn on the cob and potatoes of choice.
